Abstract

Calicophoron calicophorum was recorded in domestic cattle from the East Kimberley district of Western Australia. No other species of paramphistomes were found. The significance ofC. calicophorum as a probable cause of poor productivity in beef cattle in tropical Northern Australia is discussed.
