Abstract

An den ultradunnen Schnittpraparaten von Erythrozyten der KarauscheCarassius auratus wurde ihre submikroskopische Struktur mit dem Elektronenmikroskop sowie auch mit dem Lichtmikroskop untersucht. Im Cytoplasma der Erythrocyten kann man immer die undurchsichtigen Granula beobachten, welche durch ein feines Kanalchen in Zusammenhang mit der Zell- und Kernmembran stehen. Es ist festgestellt, dass der Kern aus achromatischen Faden mit Schraubenwindung, undurchsichtigen Chromatingranula und Kernmembran von Doppelnatur besteht. Die Befunde der Schnitte stimmen mit den schon fruher vonYasuzumi und seinen Mitarbeitern nachgewiesenen Resultaten uberein.
