On a etudie au moyen d'acides convenables, agissants selectivement et au moyen de diagrammes de poudre le progres de la synthese de barium titanate: BaCO3 + TiO2=BaTiO3 + CO2. On a constate, qu'a la presence de TiO2 la dissociation de BaCO3 commence deja audessous de 1000° C, mais BaO ne parait pas etre immediatement transforme en titanate, mais en intermediaires composees plus alcalines. A temperature elevee, les titanates intermediaires disparaissent et la part de BaTiO3 atteint 100% a 1300° C.
