On a developpe un schema de lysotypie deVibrio eltor. A l'aide de 5 types de bacteriophages on a classe 3464 souches en 6 lysotypes et trouve un type de bacteriophage qui est toujours lytique pour les souches deV. eltor isolees de malades choleriques El Tor.
