Es wurde die photodynamische Aktivitat von 8 verschiedenen organischen Farben auf zwei Bakteriophagen SP 3 und SP 8, virulent furBacillus subtilis, mittels Inaktivationskonstanten der ersten Ordnung verglichen. Die grosste photodynamische Wirkung zeigt Methylenblau; Neutralrot und Eosin sind praktisch inaktiv.
