Solutions are presented for seismodynamic problems of underground structures which are based on two different approaches: wave dynamics and dynamic theory of earthquake resistance. The results of these investigations are used for solution of problems connected with ensuring the earthquake resistance of structures of the Tashkent subway, constructed in an area with a seismicity of magnitude 9, in collapsible soils.
