Prévention en matière de silicose

Abstract

La lutte contre la silicose est menee depuis un demi-siecle en Suisse. Cependant ses resultats tangibles se sont fait attendre. Ils sont aujourd'hui spectaculaires: a) diminution de l'incidence annuelle (moins de 100 cas), b) hausse de l'âge auquel la maladie est pour la premiere fois diagnostiquee (plus de 55 ans), c) augmentation de l'esperance de vie.
