Hinsichtlich des gegenseitigen Einflusses von Tuberkulose und Silicose hat sich bei den von mir untersuchten 32 Arbeitern ergeben: 1. Bei 12 Fallen, bei denen das Rontgenbild alte oder frischere tuberkulose Herde zeigte, war weder eine Beeinflussung des silicotischen noch des tuberkulosen Prozesses durch diese Komplikation nachweisbar. 2. Bei 5 Fallen mit progredienter Silicose Stad. III konnten trotz genauer klinischer, in 2 Fallen auch pathologisch-anatomischer Untersuchung, keine Zeichen komplizierender Tuberkulose nachgewiesen werden.
