Abstract

Aus der Untersuchung von 2 Fallen besonders hochgradiger Kalbermelanose ergibt sich: 1. Der uberwiegende Teil des Pigmentes ist in mesenchymalen Zellen abgelagert, die wahrscheinlich Gewebshistiocyten und Adventitialzellen sind. 2. In der Schleimhaut des weichen Gaumens und der Nase findet sich auch eine starke Pigmentablagerung in den Deck- und Ausfuhrungsgangsepithelien, ein Befund, der im Gegensatz zu der bisherigen Auffassung von einer Beschrankung der Pigmentierung auf Abkommlinge des Mesoderms steht. 3. DieJagersche Ansicht von der alleinigen Ablagerung in Lymphgefasdeckzellen und (in der Leber) den Sternzellen ist nicht zutreffend. 4. Die Pigmentverteilung entspricht demWeidenreichschen Schema von der Beschrankung der Ablagerung auf 4 (bzw. 2) Hullen.
