Seis enzimas de la bacteria halofila extremaHalobacterium cutirubrum han sido parcialmente purificadas por fraccionamiento de los extractos crudos en CINa 5M con solucion saturada de sulfato de amonio. Se discuten las ventajas del procedimiento, como un metodo general para enzimas halofilicas, comparado con otros metodos descriptos en la literatura.
