
Bei Mausen mit Granulosa- oder Theca-Tumoren wurde die Bindung von125I-HCG untersucht. Im Vergleich zur Bindung an andere Gewebe derselben Tiere konnte eine zellspezifische Bindung im Bereich der Tumoren festgestellt werden. Die Befunde werden im Zusammenhang mit der Zweizelltheorie der ovariellen Steroidgenese diskutiert.
