Abstract

Die endoskopische Anlage einer Gastrostomie in Lokalanasthesie mit percutanem Durchzug eines Pezzer-Katheters bedeutet eine Bereicherung der Behandlungsmoglichkeiten. Indikationen bestehen nicht nur in der Dysphagie bei stenosierenden Prozessen; Schluckstorungen aus neurologischer Ursache wie bei Schddelhirnverletzten waren bei 27 unserer 33 Patienten der AnlaB zur EPG. Die gravierende Komplikation einer sondeninduzierten Refluxoesophagitis last sich durch den Wegfall der Magensonde vermeiden. Die Gastrostomie kann wahlweise auch zur Drainage dienen. Weitere Vorzuge sind die sichere Methodik, die Einfachheit des Verfahrens and die Unabhangigkeit von Formeldiaten.
