Zur Pathogenese der Livedo Racemosa

Abstract

Es handelt sich im vorliegenden Falle um einen Kranken mit einer Aorteninsuffizienz luetischer Genese; weiter findet sich eine periphere Kreislaufstorung, welche bereits in der Ruhelage und Warme an der Farbe und Temperatur der Extremitatenenden kenntlich ist, beim Aufrechtstehen und in der Kalte aber besonders hochgradig wird. Die Hautgefaszeichnungen, die zum grosten Teil der Livedo racemosa, teilweise aber auch der Livedo calorica entsprechen, sind auf Grund der oben durchgefuhrten klinischen funktionellen und anatomischen Untersuchungen auf eine Erkrankung des zentralen und peripheren Gefasapparates zu beziehen. Und zwar ist infolge der Aorteninsuffizienz die Gefasfullung herabgesetzt, die vis a tergo eine ungenugende; dazu kommen anatomische Veranderungen an den Venen und funktioneile Storungen in der Innervation des arteriellen Gefasanteils im Sinne einer Vasoconstriction, nachgewiesen durch den capillarmikroskopischen Befund, weiter allgemeine Ubererregbarkeit (idiomuskulares Zittern auf Beklopfen, starke Urticaria factitia auf Bestreichen, sehr leichtes Schwitzen bei Erregung, starke Sehnenreflexsteigerungen).
