Die Vitalfärbung von Opalina ranarum mit Säurefarbstoffen und ihre Beeinflussung durch Narkoticum

Abstract

Opalinen farben sich mit diamylaminunloslichen Saurefarbstoffen au\erhalb des Froschdarmes in Ringerlosung nur bei Zusatzen von bestimmten organischen Substanzen. Hierfur kommen wahrscheinlich Eiwei\ oder eiwei\ahnliche Korper in Betracht.Die erwahnte Farbung ist durch Narkoticum vollstandig zu hemmen. Dagegen farben sich die Infusorien auch in reiner Ringerlosung in nicht langer Zeit mit diamylaminloslichen sauren und basischen Farbstoffen. Diese Farbung ist durch Narkoticum nicht zu hemmen oder anderweitig zu beeinflussen. Nur bei Neutralrot konnte wegen der Indicatoreigenschaft des Farbstoffes kein sicheres Resultat erzielt werden. Auch die Reaktionsverhaltnisse im Zellinnern ergaben kein einheitliches Bild. Es kann somit der H-Ionenkonzentration im Zellinnern fur die vorliegenden Versuche nicht der Einflu\ auf die Vitalfarbung eingeraumt werden, wie ihn dieBeihesche Theorie fordert. Dagegen berechtigen die erprobten Bedingungen, unter denen Opalinen diamylaminunlosliche Saurefarbstoffe aufnehmen und die Hemmung dieser Farbung durch Narkoticum sehr wohl zu derHoberschen Annahme, da\ es sich hier um einen aktiven Zellvorgang handelt, der noch nicht naher geklart ist. Mit dieser Vorstellung und den ubrigen Ergebnissen mit diamylaminloslichen sauren und mit basischen Farbstoffen steht auch die modifizierte LipoidtheorieNirensteins im besten Einklang.
