Spectral composition of x-ray induced luminescence in AgCl crystals was studied. The qualitative course of radiation intensity was plotted as a function of wave length. The curve was obtained by photometric measurements on crystals from different growth groups. The curves coincide in shape and position of the main and lateral positions. Luminescence intensities of AgCl crystals with admixtures of Cd were also analyzed; intensities decreased with increasing numbers of admixtures.
