The linearized model of a geodetic network, expressed by the relationv=Ah−I, does not generally satisfy the following conditions: C1. The results of measurements are mutually independent. C2. The balance of the corrections is given in terms of the corrections of measurements and configuration only. C3. The observational plan is accomplished in a rational way.
