Abstract

Die Verfasser betrachten die räumlich homogene nichtlineare Boltzmanngleichung mit sehr schnell abfallendem differentiellen Wirkungsquerschnitt; sie interessieren sich für die Frage, ob die Lösungen gegenüber gepulsten Injektionen von Teilchen stabil sind, d.h., wie sich Änderungen der Verteilung S(v) der Quelle QS(v)\(\delta\) (t) im Langzeitverhalten auswirken. Die Frage wird transformiert in die Frage nach Stabilität bzgl. der Anfangswerte für die Evolutionsgleichung \[ \partial f/\partial t+KQf=K\int_{{\mathbb{R}}^ 3\times {\mathbb{R}}^ 3}\pi (v,v',v'')f(t,v')f(t,v'')dv'dv''. \] Eine Störung des Anfangswertes \(f(0,v)=QS(v)\) zu \(g(0,v)=Q(S(v)+S_ 1(v))\) führt zu einer Störung \(u=g-f\) der Lösung, deren Verhalten für \(t\to \infty\) in unterschiedlicher Norm untersucht wird. Mit \[ E(t)=(1/2)\| u(t,\cdot)\|^ 2_ 2\quad und\quad \lambda =\sup_{0\leq t<\infty}\| f(t,\cdot)\|_ 2 \] ergibt sich: 1) \(\| u(t,\cdot)\|_ 2\to 0\) und \(2m\lambda
