Abstract

1. Es wurde an fremden sowie an eigenen Versuchen gezeigt, das das in der Literatur fur die Sorptionsgeschwindigkeit angegebene Gesetz nach S. Lagergren $$\frac{{dx}}{{dt}} = k\left( {a - x} \right)$$ nur in wenigen Fallen sich als gultig erweist. 2. In den meisten Fallen treten nach dieser Berechnungsart Abweichungen ein, so zwar, das die berechneten Geschwindigkeitskoeffizienten fallenden Gang aufweisen. 3. Modifikationen obiger Gleichung, wie die Gleichung der zweiten Ordnung, die Formel Korners sowie eine Gleichung $$\frac{{dx}}{{dt}} = k\frac{{\left( {a - x} \right)}}{x},$$ wobei der sorbierte Stoff der Geschwindigkeit umgekehrt proportional ist, fuhrten auch nicht zum Ziel. 4. Es wurde gezeigt, das bei Anwendung der Gleichung der negativen Autokatalyse erster Ordnung der zeitliche Verlauf der Sorption bei Wolle als Adsorbens dargestellt werden kann. 5. Die Gultigkeit der negativen Autokatalyse wurde dadurch zu erklaren versucht, das im zeitlichen Verlauf der Sorption durch den sorbierten Stoff selbst eine Art Diffusionshemmung eintritt, oder das die zeitliche Erniedrigung der Losungskonzentration eben auch eine Erniedrigung der Geschwindigkeit zur Folge hat, also in beiden Fallen der sonst monomolekular verlaufende Vorgang verlangsamt wird.
