Abstract

Mit der Starkegel-Elektrophorese nachSmithies wird am Beispiel von 11γss-Plasmocytomen und 6γ1A-Plasmocytomen gezeigt, das die Bence Jones-Proteine (BJP) des Harns im Unterschied zu den Befunden der Papierelektrophorese und Ultrazentrifuge aus einer von Fall zu Fall verschiedenen Zahl von Komponenten zusammengesetzt sind. Anzahl, Lokalisation und relative Konzentration sind nicht mit den Komponenten der ebenfalls heterogenen Plasmocytom-Globuline identisch. — In mehreren Fallen wird — singular oder zusammen mit anderen Komponenten — eine Fraktion nachgewiesen, deren elektrophoretische Beweglichkeit gros ist und die in ihrer Lokalisation den abnormen Serum-Komponenten beim γμ-Plasmocytom entspricht. An anderen Fallen wird gezeigt, das mit der SGE zwischen BJP und den im Harn eventuell ausgeschiedenen abnormen Serum-Globulinen unterschieden werden kann.
