Abstract

Die Karpelle vonSchisandra sind sehr deutlich peltat-schlauchformig gebaut, ihr kurzer Ventralspalt ist allseitig von einem einheitlichen Narbensaum umgeben. Entsprechend den beiden lateral inserierten Samenanlagen bleiben die beiden Randbundel auch im Schlauchteil gesondert; sie vereinigen sich jedoch bei der untersuchten Art,Schisandra grandiflora, im Karpellgrund zu einem sehr kurzen Ventralmedianus, der seinerseits knapp darunter mit dem Dorsalmedianus verschmilzt.
