Double pylorus is a gastrointestinal abnormality in which, in addition to the pyloric channel, a second channel connects the antrum of the stomach to the duodenal bulb. It appears to be an acquired lesion in the majority of cases, and it is probably more common than the small number of reported cases would imply. We report herein a typical case of double pylorus with recurrent abdominal pain and upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Although it is unclear whether this case represents a congenital or an acquired lesion, we note the existence of only six months of symptoms preceding the discovery of the fully developed second pyloric channel.
