Abstract

1. Die Orangekorper spielen beim Stoffwechsel der Blumenblattepidermiszellen sicher eine bedeutungsvolle Rolle. 2. Die Vakuolenkontraktion entsteht in destilliertem Wasser durch die verschiedene Wasserpermeabilitat des Plasmalemmas und des Tonoplasts. 3. Durch Plasmolyse in KNO3 erscheint das Plasmalemma sehr stark lichtbrechend, was darauf hinzudeuten scheint, das diese Hautschicht in diesem Zustand polymolekular ist. 4. Die Farbstoffaufnahme und die Auswirkungen der Farbstoffmolekule sind auch von der chemischen Zusammensetzung der angewandten Farbstoffe abhangig. 5. Man kann bei Farbstoffaufnahme richtiger uber Farbstoffvergiftung als uber Farbstoffspeicherung sprechen. 6. Die Uberfuhrung mancher Farbstoffmolekule — durch Dissoziation oder durch andere Vorgange — in eine farblose Form ist in den untersuchten Fallen eine Lebensfunktion des Protoplasten. 7. Uber die Einzelheiten der Farbstoffvergiftungen mus auf den Text hingewiesen werden.
