also the optimum flow rate of the cooling liquid (90-120 liter/h for seals with unified friction rings of siliconized graphite SG-P). The investigations showed that with the given design of the seal, heat removal is efficient and its operation stable. The end seals are recommended for industrial operation in reactors of installations for the oxygen-alkaline processing of cellulose and for apparatus with large rated power in the chemical industry.
