The authors have measured the ESR signals over the range 100-300 K for irradiated graphite which enabled us to determine the contributions to the signal from the localized PMC and the current carriers (delocalized PMC) and to compare the concentrations of the two types of PMC with the changes in linear dimensions produced by irradiation.
