Data presented in this paper were obtained by analysis of M3 and M4 progenies already homozygous for the mutations involved, as well as by analysis of F1 individuals of the cross (mutant X mother line). M3 and M4 mutant lines derived from seed of T. durum cv. Cappelli treated with physical and chemical mutagens in 1959 (D'AMATO et al. 1962).
