Abstract

1. Am Beobachtungsgut wurde die Menarchezeit durch die Acceleration um ungefahr 11/2 Jahr vorverlegt. Bei einem Ausgangswert von etwas uber 15 Jahren, verfruhte sich der Erstregelbeginn bis zur Jahrhundertwende um rund ein Halbjahr, dann sank er um fast ein Jahr bis auf 13,6 Jahre ab. 2. Nach 1900 waren 3 deutliche Retardierungen zu erkennen. Die in den letzten Jahren des 1. Weltkrieges geborenen Frauen zeigten eine geringere Verzogerung des Menarchebeginnes um rund ein Drittel Jahr gegen die Erwartungskurve. Hingegen betrafen 2 sehr ausgepragte Ruckschlage die zu den Endzeiten beider Weltkriege prapuberalen Madchen. Bei diesen wurde, am ausgesprochensten durch den Zusammenbruch 1945, der Erstregeleintritt um rund 1 Jahr retardiert, was vor allem durch Zunahme der Spatmenarchen bedingt war. 3. Praktisch kann der Menarcheverzug im Einzelfalle so stark sein, das eine primare Amenorrhoe vorgetauscht wird. Die durch ausere Umstande — und dabei nicht zuletzt durch seelische Einflusse — hervorgerufenen erheblichen Retardationen der Menarchezeit, lassen auch auf die Umweltbedingtheit der Acceleration selbst ruckschliesen.
