The chromatid-type and labile chromosome-type aberrations occurred frequently in the factory-employees control group, probably caused by airborne pollution. Workers producing TECB (1,2,4,5-tetrachlorobenzene) showed a cluster of chromosome aberrations. No appreciable increase was found in the lindane workers; chromatid-type aberrations were moderately increased in workers in the Basudin E and the Safidon 40 WP groups; stable chromosome-type aberrations were observed in the Ditrifon 50 and the Basudin E groups.
