Abstract

Im atherischen Ol des Estragons (Artemisia dracunculus L.) wurden 30 Einzelkomponenten identifiziert. Als Hauptkomponenten fanden sich Sabinen, Methyleugenol, Estragol und Elemicin. Der Gehalt an atherschm Ol zeigte eine charakteristische jahreszeitliche Abhangigkeit.
