1. Dwarf spheroidal galaxies are encountered, it would seem, more often than previously assumed [9]. 2. The tendency for them to be concentrated around galaxies of high luminosities [8, 9] is not very pronounced. 3. The distribution of Sculptor type dwarfs in the space we studied is not uniform. It can be approximated by the relation log N∼−log d. 4. An estimate of the lower limit of the spatial density of dwarf spheroidal galaxies leads to the value 10−1 Mpc−3. 5. The mean color index of Sculptor-type dwarfs in the international system is about 0.m6.
