Abstract

Les sacculines deCarcinus mediterraneus etPachygrapsus marmoratus sont au prealable comparees par immunoelectrophorese. Leur action sur les proteines de l'hemolymphe de ces deux hotes differents est ensuite envisagee sous deux aspects: -Qualitatif par electrophorese en gel de polyacrylamide. -Quantitatif par dosage spectrophotometrique.
