Abstract

Der ultrastrukturelle Aufbau der Cuticula und der Terminalanhange larvalerReighardia sternae (Pentastomida) wird dargestellt. Die sehr dunne Cuticula weist eine durch kleine wellenartige Erhebungen aufgerauhte Oberflache auf. Die Terminalanhange sind Sensillen mit einer Ultrastruktur, wie sie fur Euarthropoden typisch ist. Die Cilien haben basal eine 9×2+0-Konfiguration. Ihre Bedeutung fur das larvale Leben wird diskutiert.
