Abstract

Rhodotorula gracilis wurde auf Invertzuckerlosungen unter Verwendung verschiedener Stickstoffquellen und teilweise in Gegenwart von Zinkionen gezogen. Die besten Resultate ergaben sich mit Asparaginsaure, welche sowohl in bezug auf den Fettgehalt der Hefe als auch in bezug auf den Fettkoeffizienten und die Raumausnutzung alle anderen stickstoffhaltigen Nahrstoffe weit ubertrifft. Es wurden die hochsten bisher mitgeteilten Fettausbeuten von uber 74% Fettgehalt in der Hefe und ein Fettkoeffizient von 21 erzielt.
