An improved method of determining the interlaminar shear strength of reinforced plastics from the results of mechanical bending tests on beams of different lengths is described and the results of an experimental verification of the method on glass-reinforced textolite and longitudinal-transverse-wound (LTW) glass-reinforced plastic are presented.
