Abstract

1. The previously unknown 10-[(O,O-dialkylphosphonothio)acetyl]phenothiazines (alkyl: ethyl, propyl, i-propyl, butyl, i-butyl), 10-methyl(ethyl)-3-[(O,O-diethylthionophosphonothlo)acetamido]phenothiazines, [(O,O-diethyldithiophosphono)acetyl]phenothiazine, 10-(O,O-diethylphosphonothioacetyl)phenoxazine, 10-[(O,O-dialkyldithiophosphono) acetyl]phenoxazines (alkyl: ethyl, propyl, i-butyl) and 2,10-bis-[(O,O-diethyl-dithiophosphono) acetyl phenothiazine were obtained. 2. The preliminary biological testing of the compounds for larvicidal and antifungal activity gave negative results.
