The author describes the ultramicromethod in total nitrogen determination which makes it possible to analyze histological tissue sections (20 to 30 μ thick and with the area of 1–2 mm2) to within the accuracy limits of ±5–6% with the total nitrogen content in them comprising 0.5–10±5–6%.
