Stochastic rheological equations and an energy criterion of failure are proposed, making it possible to establish both the laws of distribution of inelastic deformation during creep and time for failure on the basis of the Monte Carlo method. A method of identifying stochastic and deterministic parameters of the model from the results of uniaxial tests was developed. The proposed equations were tested by comparing the calculated and experimental data on creep and creep-rupture strength under uniaxial loading of materials ZhS6KP at T=900°C and 12Kh18N10T at T=850°C. The calculated and experimental data agree well.
