Abstract

Synthese de nitrure de carbone, par pyrolyse a haute pression a partir de tetracyanoethylene et de 1,3,5-triazine, et caracterisation des produits obtenus. Influence des conditions de fabrication et du recuit thermique sur la teneur en azote. La structure en couches de type graphite, est pauvrement cristallisee. Les arrangements possibles, existant dans les couches, sont CN, C 3 N, C 5 N et C 7 N
