Röntgenmutationen beim Flachs (Linum usitatissimum L.)

Abstract

Mit dem Ziel, den Wert der experimentellen Mutationsauslosung fur die Flachszuchtung zu untersuchen, sind durch Rontgenbestrahlung von Flachssamen zahlreiche Mutationen aus den beiden Faserleinsorten „Eckendorfer fruh” und „Mahrisch-Schonberger Stamm 6”, aus dem Olfaserlein „Mahrisch-Schonberger Stamm 36” und dem Ollein „Sorauer Stamm 65” ausgelesen worden. Zur Zeit umfast das Sortiment insgesamt 523 Mutanten, die sich hauptsachlich durch Blutenfarbe und -form, Antherenfarbe, Samenfarbe und -gewicht, Stengellange, Reifezeit, Bastgehalt u. a. von ihren Ausgangsformen unterscheiden.
