1. Inclusions of Al2O3 in amounts up to 0.2%, evenly distributed in nickel, have a negligible effect on the hot ductility of nickel in torsion tests. 2. With 0.5% Al2O3 the ductility decreases greatly due to the formation of clusters of Al2O3.
