Abstract

1. The model based on the statistical kinetic equations describes accurately the internal mechanisms of the process of failure of the material in creep conditions. 2. The main mechanism of failure of the brittle materials which do not contain any initial internal stress raisers in the stage of diffusion damage cumulation is the growth of defects with limited interaction between them.
