Investigation has shown that for ensuring strength of a spoke it is first of all necessary correctly to combine the initial, setting tensile force of the spoke and the subsequent compressive force. It is desirable to construct graphs of the values of Tx and f and compile tables from which the orthopedist can get recommendations for choosing the initial tensile force of a spoke in order to ensure the required compressive force in the places of contact of joined bone fragments while guaranteeing spoke strength.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 4 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Top 10% | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
