Non-dimensional deflection, moment and pressure coefficients have been evaluated for circular concrete slabs on Hetenyi foundation. The slab is subjected to temperature which either increases or decreases linearly with depth of slab. The results are compared with the results of Leonards and Harr, to study the effect of continuity. The results are also compared with the results for strip slabs on Hetenyi foundation. The results indicate that stresses at the centre of slabs are, in general, higher for slabs on Winkler foundation when compared to those of the slabs on Hetenyi foundation.

| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
