Photometrische Bestimmung kleinster Mengen von Anilin, o-Toluidin, m-Toluidin und p-Toluidin

Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung kleinster Mengen von Anilin und o-, m-, p-Toluidin wurde ausgearbeitet. Das Prinzip der Methode beruht auf der Diazotierung der aromatischen Amine und Kupplung der entstandenen Diazoniumsalze mit dem Hydrochlorid des N-Athyl-1-naphthylamins in wasrig-athanolischer Losung unter Bildung der entsprechenden Azofarbstoffe. Der Kupplungsverlauf wurde eingehend untersucht und es wurden optimale Bedingungen fur die quantitative Bildung der Azofarbstoffe festgesetzt. Die Werte der Extinktionen und die Lagen der Maxima sind in betrachtlichem Mase pH-abhangig. Diese Abhangigkeit mus bei der Anwendung der Reaktion zur photometrischen Bestimmung der angefuhrten aromatischen Amine beachtet werden. Das Verfahren ist einfach und fur Serienbestimmungen geeignet. Der relative Fehler der Bestimmung betragt etwa 1%.
