Die verteilung von phosphoamidase in der meerschweinchensehneeke

Abstract

Die Verteilung von Phosphoamidase wurde am Innenohr von 12 Meerschweinchen histochemisch untersucht. Das Enzym lag in hohen Konzentrationen in den Zellen des Spiralganglions, im N. acusticus und im Plexus cochlearis vor. Auch Stria vascularis und innere Haarzellen gaben stark positive Reaktionen, wahrend die auseren Haarzellen nur mittelstark reagierten. An einigen weiteren Orten konnten masige bis schwach positive Reaktionen gefunden werden. Durch Kontroll-Reaktionen wurden unspezifische Anfarbungen im Sinne nicht fermentbedingter Reaktionen ausgeschlossen. Der Anteil unspezifischer saurer Phosphatase-Aktivitat am Phosphoamidase-Nachweis wurde diskutiert.
