Abstract

In Zusammenfassung der vorherigen Darstellungen und Erorterungen kann man feststellen, das zwischen den als Spondylolysis, Spondylolisthesis, Pseudospondylolisthesis und Praspondylolisthesis bezeichneten Veranderungen und Krankheitsbildern der lumbosacralen Wirbelsaulenpartie enge Zusammenhange bestehen, indem als Grundlage der Veranderungen Fehlanlage und Entwicklungs-storungen mit resultierenden Formsch wankungen im Bereiche der lumbosacralen Wirbelsaulenpartie angenommen werden, welche eine verminderte mechanische Beanspruchbarkeit aufweisen und durch andauernde unrichtige Belastung der Wirbelsaule oder durch intensive Traumen zur Auslosung und Manifestation des Leidens fuhren. Unter Zugrundelegung der bestehenden pathologisch-anatomischen Veranderungen an der Wirbelsaule wird zur genauen Charakterisierung und eindeutigen Klarlegung des Befundes fur die bis nun gebrauchten Bezeichnungen Spondylolysis — Spondylolisthesis — Pseudospondylolisthesis — Praspondylolisthesis eine Anderung in Spondyloschisis interarticularis — Hemispondylolisthesis — Spondylolisthesis — Sacrum retroflexum empfohlen.
