Abstract

1. Les constituants lipidiques du foie de Sepia officinalis L. sont etudies au moyen de reactions histochimiques et d'une analyse chromatographique sur couches minces. 2. Des goutelettes de lipides neutres sont presents dans le cytoplasme des cellules, entre les «boules». Il existe egalement des lipides neutres au niveau de la vacuole, et, peut-etre, des pigments ceroides. Des plasmalogenes ont ete mis en evidence dans le cytoplasme. 3. Les triglycerides representent le constituant le plus important des lipides neutres et sans doute la principale forme de reserve, mais des alkoxydiglycerides et des cerides sont egalement presents. Les sterols et les sterides forment aussi une part importante des lipides neutres. 4. Les phospholipides sont essentiellement constitues par de la phosphatidylethanolamine et de la phosphatidylcholine.
