Über die Urease von Helix pomatia

Abstract

1. In der Eiweisdruse, der Leber und der Niere von Helix pomatia wurde eine Urease nachgewiesen, deren Aktivitat sich in diesen Organen verhalt wie 1∶2∶4. Dabei spalten 150 mg Nierenhomogenat 4 mg Harnstoff bei 37° in 4 Std. 2. Die Urease wurde auch bei Helix nemoralis gefunden, nicht aber bei Umax arborum, Limnaea stagnalis und Arion empericorum. 3. Diese tierische Urease wird ebenso wie die pflanzliche Urease durch CNK aktiviert, durch Cu gehemmt und durch CNK wieder enthemmt. 4. Die Eigenschaften der Helix-Urease in Abhangigkeit von der Temperatur, dem pH-Wert, der Sauerstoffspannung, der Zellstruktur und der Spaltungsgeschwindigkeit wurde untersucht, beschrieben und diskutiert.
