A twelfth case of facial nerve neurilemmoma presenting as a mass in the parotid region is reported. The mass also involves the facial canal in the descending portion and extends into the tympanic cavity and jugular foramen. Although the involvement of the jugular bulb and internal jugular vein was noted, no related symptoms have presented.
