Holokinetische Chromosomen bei Haematopinus suis (Anoplura, Haematopinidae)

Abstract

1. Haematopinus suis L. hat in beiden Geschlechtern 2n = 10 Chromosomen. Vier Paare sind ungefahr gleichlang, das funfte ist etwas langer; ein heteromorphes Paar ist nicht vorhanden. 2. Die Spermatogenese weicht vom Normalschema stark ab. Am Ende der Vermehrungsphase der primaren, diploiden Spermatogonien erfolgt eine Chromosomenpaarung, deren Einzelprozesse nicht zu verfolgen sind. Die 5 Bivalente lassen den Aufbau aus 4 parallel liegenden Chromatiden erkennen. Die beiden aus der 1. Teilung nach der Paarung hervorgehenden haploiden Tochterzellen machen 5 synchrone mitotische Vermehrungsteilungen durch und bilden Cysten mit 64 Zellen. Die anschliesende 6. Teilung ist inaqual; ein Tochterkern wird mit einer kleinen Plasmaknospe abgeschnurt und degeneriert; der andere ergibt mit der Hauptmasse des Plasmas ein normales Spermium, so das schlieslich in einer Cyste ein Bundel von 64 Spermien und 64 pyknotische Korper enthalten sind. 3. Das Teilungsverhalten der Chromosomen in den primaren und sekundaren Spermatogonien, sowie das Fehlen primarer Einschnurungen, liesen vermuten, das H. suis holokinetische Chromosomen besitzt. Das mitotisch normale Verhalten rontgeninduzierter Fragmente liefert den experimentellen Beweis fur das Vorliegen dieses Chromosomentypus.
