Abstract

Bei einem Patienten mit Verschlus der A. carotis interna war an der Nasenwurzel, im Bereich des inneren Augenwinkels, eine sichtbar pulsierende Arterie vorhanden. Dieses Zeichen eines Kollateralkreislaufes kann fur die klinische Diagnose eines Carotisverschlusses nutzlich sein.
